I get news from Epoch Times regularly. Good article, happy for another writer!

People frequently complain in the comments that ET headlines are just clickbait that are not supported by the articles. In this case, your headline and first line say "staff shortages". But although 400 out sick sounds like a lot, and management is concerned lest it get worse, that is only 1.4% of the 28,000 staff and the article later includes management's statement not a shortage yet.

I would like to know what the hospital is recommending to its employees other than repeated vaccinations to keep them from getting seriously ill. What are they doing to treat those recently infected to ensure they will not need hospital treatment. Although I strongly suspect the answer is the FDA standard of care, "nothing". Instead of the Zelenko protocol as described in the July 1 ET article, also called FLCCC I-MASK+ using Ivermectin and several other natural supplements in combination. That is what I did, starting with Vitamin D and zinc long before I got sick last January, with the COVID vaccine, and with all of that I and my wife were only very mildly sick from COVID in spite of "high risk" age group.

I think the problem with the synthetic vaccines is the same as monoclonal antibodies, key word "mono". These target only one feature of the virus, so it only takes a small mutation to make them no longer effective. Natural immunity targets multiple features, so remains effective for years, by which time I expect to have another natural COVID exposure that might not produce any symptoms at all so I won't even know about it but will keep my immunity boosted. I do not intend to get any more COVID shots but am happy for those I had, I think the timing of my illness was optimum for minimum illness - a reduced severity variant of the virus while the inoculation was still useful.

My fiance is a nurse and can attest to this shortage firsthand. They are always begging people to work double-time to cover shifts. Even then, there's a skeleton crew and constant hold-over due to no relief. Granted, her hospital has since dropped the mandate, the shortage is endemic to the profession.

I love The Epoch Times. Great article. Congrats! Later today the Virginia Medical Freedom Alliance will be issuing a press release and a letter to the VDH, all VA legislators, and the Gov's office. I would like to share it with you once we get the green light (after delivered to the VDH Commissioner). In a nutshell the letter "expresses concern over VDH's lack of solicitation of meaningful dialogue with physicians..." regarding the Commonwealth's treatment approach to COVID. Thank you.

Staffing shortages seem to be a prevalent reason for certain organizations to behave inappropriately. Recently I went for an appointment only to discover it had been rescheduled to an inappropriate time and I did not receive a voicemail nor direct contact even though the culprits claimed they sent one. While forcibly keeping my temper and not indulging in military obscenities, I went ballistic and chewed their tails. I also spoke with the patient advocate and the VA to ensure that the medical professionals in this whole nation are aware that nothing is done on my behalf without consulting with me directly and obtaining my permission. That being said, my upcoming hollowing out my my prostate a week from this Thursday will be a very pressing time for these people. I will be on them like white on rice. No narcotics nor opiates will be used on me. The staffing shortages may not be able to allow them to haul me to a secure psych ward if they screw up and incite me to rage
