MTB, is the Doctor we all want. She fights for the patient. She advocates for the patient.
Doc, you aren't fighting for just your license, you are fighting for Patient's Rights. You are fighting for current/future MDs to make the BEST clinical decision for patients.
I am afraid for Dr. Bowden. I fully support Dr. Bowden’s integrity & her willingness to stand up for her good name, she has done nothing wrong. But we have seen that government and big organization don’t respect what’s right. Their self interests rule and the have the power and finances to ruin people like Dr. Bowden.
Emily, I’ve responded to Dr. Bowden’s Twitter feed, asking about a crowd funding effort to help in her fight. I’ve never heard back. If you speak to her soon, will you please ask her if that’s something she’s considering? I feel lame just offering words of support. I would like to do something tangible to help.
I appreciate Dr Bowden's wish to give her patients the best medical care possible within the bounds of informed consent and patient desires for their medical treatment. It took years for me to put the Veterans Health Administration under my thrall and learn how to assert and advocate for my rights and choices for all medical treatment I receive, including that I no longer allow blanket consent for any kind of medical treatment for me. As for the Texas Medical Board, if they have any sense, they'll stand down. After all, Dr Bowden's stand against the authoritarian nanny state is one reason why the establishment is looking for payback. Anyhow, I will soon be heading to Bedford Road Baptist Church in Merrimack NH for my dose of the positive kind of brainwashing which I have indulged in since New Years Day 2023. A fine community of believers with correct doxis and praxis. I never thought I would find a great church community again given the negative treatment I absorbed from a previous church community which I belonged to for about a decade. Goes to show...taking a stand for correct doxis and praxis in church and community, like Dr Bowden is doing for the patients, has positive benefits in the end for those who persevere

Absolutely you are welcome. Paying for excellent content is better then getting bad content for free. As far as Dr. Bowden I believe she will come out on top. Right is right always right.
This is absolutely criminal behavior on the part of the hospitals! They providedtheir side to the patients; Dr. Bowden should have been allowed to provide another perspective, and the patients and/or their families should have made the final decision. Dr. Bowden should not be punished for abiding by the patients’ wishes. Isn’t the freedom of choice something this country was founded upon?
I have been vaxxed because at the time, my employer “required” it. I resented it, but wasn’t in a position to refuse. Its long-term effects may not be known for some time, but it should have been MY choice. I’ve also been in the hospital for different reasons, and I can NEVER recall discussing treatment with my physicians without being offered a choice. Of course, one choice was always “refuse treatment and die, but that’s up to you.” But at least it was a choice.
If you remember, I told you last year about a Maine doctor who's license was suspended AND was forced to take a neuropsychological exam last year for spreading "false information" such as questioning vaccine mandates, the value of masking etc.
Thank you Emily. These were acts of retaliation by both Texas Huguley and Houston Methodist hospitals. I am not backing down.

First of many I assume. These hospitals need to be investigated.

This is excellent reporting Emily. I have been reading and watching everything you have written about this. Thank you so much for spreading the truth.
