Remember the rejection of Ivermectin and HCQ was legally necessary for the EUA to be issued for the vaccines. The FDA cannot issue an Emergency Use Authorization for a vaccine UNLESS there is no other treatment available. Our godless medical system killed hundreds of thousands of Americans by refusing to treat them with these simple effective drugs. Dr. Bowden is the tip of the spear and I am convinced if there is any state that she can ultimately prevail in, it is Texas. The medical board would be wise to dismiss the complaint because Dr. Bowden is happy to open the can of worms and dump them on the table for all to see the monetary incentives the federal govt supplied to hospitals not using Ivermectin or HCQ. Again thank you for your report. Let Dr. Bowden know I am happy to assist her lawyers in any way I can as I am now licensed in Texas.

Since I think her lawyers are doing a good job, I can actually represent her with the other lawyers if she and they think I could assist them. I could play a role behind the scenes to assist the lawyers with research and writing. Frankly, her case is extremely important. I am willing to do this without being paid. Just expenses. I have a great deal of experience with administrative agencies and licensure. I have been practicing law since 1984 in CT and NY, but was just admitted in Texas last year as I live in Texas now. Dr. Mary Talley Bowden. AKA "mdbreathe" - an American hero.
Jones and Bowden, two women stood up to the LIES of Big Pharma, Big Tech and Big Government, and REFUSED to bow their knees to them. Was Federal money LINKED directly to Hospitals who only allowed Remdesivir to be given to Covid patients ? Meaning the Feds ONLY paid Hospitals who FORCED Remdesivir on Patients !
Hospitals were told by the Feds the ONLY thing Doctors could prescribe was Remdesivir. Nothing else. Why ? "One size fits all" is not true in Medicine and many other things in life. If Remdesivir worked, why was it FORCED upon people, and Patients and their family's, were more than likely not given ALL of the Facts about it ? We all will have side effects that others will never have regarding a drug.
Each person a Doctor diagnosed with Covid, a Hospital was PAID by the Federal Government. This was a HUGE "Conflict of Interest" by the Hospitals & the Federal Gov't. Where's the Investigation on this Conflict of Interest, Texas Medical Board ? What about the 5000+ people that LIVED thanks to IVR, that Dr. Bowden prescribed IVR to ? Dr. Mary's lawyers should subpoena medical records of how many people died in the same Hospital who were only given Remdesivir versus how many lived. My gut tells me more people on average died from Remdesivir and Respirators than from any other medical modality.
Dr. Mary obeyed what her Medical License gave her Federal LEGAL permission to do:
"Practice Medicine". This is how cures are found for diseases, parasites, poisons etc. by Doctor's
"Practicing Medicine" using approved drugs for off-label medical issues i.e. Covid. If the TMB disciplines Dr. Mary, then they have to discipline every other Doctor who prescribed anything other than Remdesivir for Covid. This is based upon the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution.
I have worked around Covid positive people from March 2020 to current this year, working Security. Although Dr. Bowden did not personally prescribe me IVR, I took IVR and I was never diagnosed as being Covid positive once. The person who prescribed it to me, I never saw once face to face, but through Emails.
Paul Davis, a great lawyer from Texas stated on IG on 6/30/2023:
"Emails uncovered in FOIA request show CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky bold-faced LIED to the American people when she said vaccinated people "don't carry the virus" and "don't get sick." which was the entire basis for vaccine mandates! Her emails showed she knew about breakthrough cases while making this claim on cable news."
Emily, If you speak to Dr. Mary and she needs another Witness who was frequently around Covid positive people on a regular basis, who took IVR to protect from getting Covid, please let me know !
