I think there will be a lot more David and Goliath stories in the near future. It is an inspiration to all of us.

They got off really easy. Although it was stated that the FDA was not a physician, they didn't have to post that. FDA had spent years doing exactly that. I understand taking the high road, but overreach is overreact.

Yes true. Still remarkable these docs could get such a change made.

I hoped the Doctors would ‘win’ but agree w Dr. B that their slanted/negative language shows an obvious bias.

Good for them for standing up to the bureaucracy and nonsense that is the FDA.

I decline to trust any government nor any individual in employment in the same. I only trust in God, Jesus the Holy Spirit, and a readily available locked and loaded combat rifle filled with actual live rounds.

As you reported, it is still difficult to get the prescription filled, and most doctors are probably unwilling to prescribe it. Which means that even if you can get it, it will probably not be within the recommended few days after contracting covid. I am still waiting for Dr. F to be arrested for sending tax money to China contrary to our stated government policy to develop this disease in the first place.

Yes but possibly this new FDA guidance will force pharmacists to fill the prescriptions.

The FDA was so intent to prevent the use of IVM that it instructed the USPO to confiscate packages mailed with a Mexican pharmacy address. My son in Florida received a letter from the FDA informing him that the medication was considered contraband. The legal WHY is that if IVM and HCQ were recognized as effective against COVID, the bioweapon shot could NOT have received the EUA with its liability protections for BIG pharma. All federal agencies exist to protect wrongdoing by the regulated BIG CORPS, not the public. Lawyers call this regulatory capture, where the regulated industries actually run the agency regulating them. Imagine if the EPA WAS 50% funded by BIG OIL? The FDA is 50% funded by BIG PHARMA. It seems the goal of all US agencies is population reduction with poisoned medicine, poisoned GMO food, rationed healthcare etc. Modernity has not been a blessing. JMHO.

Thank you for sharing all this information for us to learn more. The FDA has been totally out of control during the pandemic and lost much of its credibility. I worked there and saw it firsthand.

A more satisfactory outcome would be the FDA being ordered to inform all pharmacies that ivermectin prescriptions issued by MD's to patients 'must be filled'--and insurers would be instructed that ivermectin may not be banned from their lists of drugs for which they will pay. This for elimination of doubt on everyone's part, and avoidance of sleazy 'shadow-banning' by FDA, pharmacies, and insurers--since vice is nice, but incest is best, as we have learned over the years.

You’re absolutely right. There’s little chance a pharmacist will know about the legal victory. And IVM is so expensive because it’s hard to get and not covered.
