It’s HUNTER BIDEN, it’s Washington and it’s the Justice Department controlled by Garland. This will make the SNL best of skits. Nothing will come of it!

Firearms control is one of several things that extremely excite the liberals to a point of ecstacy that is detestable to a reasonable individual, as well as an unreasonable person like myself. I have zero tolerance for being harmed

Of all the evident charges that Hunter could have been hit with by the Special Counsel (who once worked with another Biden, his brother Beau, in Delaware - apparently a very small state) such as tax evasion or FARA violation -> this gun charge is the ONLY one that does not directly or indirectly implicate his father, the President. Hmmm.

Also, while I don't feel sorry for Hunter in particular, given that his crimes and immorality are too large for me to forgive, I do feel sorry for others caught in the 4473 trap. The whole background check system is both unconstitutional and useless.

I think he will use the 2A as a defense, as it is a good defense. And Papa Biden can point out that he and his son can have differences in opinion on political issues.

My fear is that this will be all that happens with David Weiss "investigation".

The plea deal involved tax charges--where are those? At a minimum it's not unreasonable to think he should have been indicted for everything that was in the aborted plea deal.

This feels like a "ok, he's been indicted, so let's drop it and 'move on'" sort of ploy.

It's become obvious to me that the Dems are getting ready to push Joe under the bus at the last minute. This will allow for a number of things: among them a last minute pardon for Hunter, an end to the impeachment inquiry by declaring it "pointless", an opportunity to keep Joe's replacement under wraps to limit opposition research and preparation, a chance for the media to appear to be fair in their reporting while still shilling for whoever the Dems put forward. The best thing that could come from this would be an honest discussion of gun laws.

I have read the Hunter Indictment and there is a MAJOR mistake on page 2 under COUNT 1. Or, is it a nothing burger ? The mistake I am referring to is that it describes another gun, not the gun that is seen in Hunter's hands with his finger ON the trigger, where he is basically nude. This photo is from Hunter's laptop and not in the public domain. The Indictment specifically states "a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver with serial number RA 551363 from Company 1...".

Source of the Hunter Indictment from 09.14..2023:

https://dailycaller.com/2023/09/14/hunter-biden-indicted-gun-charge/?pnespid=rLo.FHRLNKAew_XO_iTuHpDVr0u8TJV4JLminbRjqA1mKDGurdspQYob461tVPcvFt8MTI3S

The gun in Hunter's hands is NOT a "revolver" but a semi-automatic. This is the very type of pistol ACTION that democrats for years have sought to ban because of it being a semi-auto ACTION ! Does this means that Hunter may have ANOTHER pistol in addition to the semi-auto pistol that he bought in 2018 ? Does this mean Hunter has been in possession of this other pistol, a "revolver", longer than the week or so he was in possession of the semi-auto pistol he bought illegally in 2018 ?

Is this an intentional mistake on the part of Weiss and the DoJ to help Hunter's lawyer's get Hunter off of the Indictment charges ? This is just the beginning folks. CNN and other Deeep State Mockingbird media is starting to turn on Biden. Buckle up and hold onto your saddle horn !

I don't trust Weiss or the DoJ at all. Something FISHY is going on friends !

The legal strategy of his attorneys will be coordinated with the White House, DNC, et al. They may make noise but when the rubber hits the road, it will be what keeps Joe Biden and the establishment safe. Joe and Hunter know where bodies are buried. Again, their public defense will be lots of noise and smoke. Sadly, it may be manipulated to the end result being a slap on the wrist.

I would love for him to get off on 2A grounds and the Republicans flood the airwaves with film of Joe calling for gun control and Hunter getting off. And the drug user ban declared unconstitutional.

Using this to make the persecution of DJT appear “fair”; watch the bleating about it in the corporate media.

Hunter wont need a defense because he’ll be “diverted” and plea. Total BS. My guess is all the waivers from all future prosecutions will reappear in the plea deal and the whole Biden family crime spree will memory hole itself.

While I’m thinking about it, here’s a question for the “class” - did all of the corruption stuff just happen in a narrow two year window or is it ongoing? Or did it preexist 2015? It doesn’t make sense to me - things on that magnitude didn’t start from zero - they had to be going on for years before and probs years after. He’s paying 50k a month rent. I just don’t buy that he’s living on investments.

Good that you have posted this right away. One party always clamors for more firearms laws yet when they get all they want, it becomes clear their actions are not solution. This should be a Project Exile type case, 3 federal violations @ minimum 5 years each so 15 years at the Graybar Hotel. As felonies, he loses the right to vote and to own firearms all most appropriate for narcissist.

This does nothing to get Joe. This is why they're only charging him with this. And it will not yield any jail time. This is a nothing. He needs to be charged with crimes associated with his father.

@mrddmia

Don’t be fooled.

Today's indictment of Hunter Biden for gun felonies is just more coverup by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who has protected the Bidens for years.

Weiss, handpicked by both Democrat home-state senators in Delaware, let the statute of limitations expire on serious tax charges, buried evidence deemed credible by the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney of the Bidens' alleged foreign bribery schemes, and attempted to give Hunter a sweetheart deal with secret, broad immunity that protected President Biden.

President Biden knows he cannot pardon Hunter right now. That would lead to politically and legally disastrous consequences before November 5, 2024. If pardoned, Hunter can no longer plead the Fifth Amendment--and refuse to testify before Congress. Hunter’s Fifth Amendment protections also disappear if Weiss gives Hunter a plea agreement with a prosecution waiver or some other immunity deal that shields him from criminal charges.

Weiss's charges today continue his deceptive pattern--for years--of protecting Hunter. More troubling, Weiss is protecting President Biden. Indeed, where are Hunter’s charges related to foreign corruption, acting as an unregistered foreign agent, tax evasion, wire fraud, and other criminal charges that could implicate President Biden?

President Biden and Weiss will rescue Hunter after the 2024 election. Weiss will give Hunter another sweetheart deal. President Biden will pardon Hunter—and maybe even himself. Hunter will not spend a day in jail.

Most troubling, there are credible allegations--with corroborating evidence--the President of the United States may be compromised by foreign bribes and other corruption.

The Biden Justice Department will now point to Hunter's indictment, pretend there's an ongoing investigation and prosecution, and refuse to produce any records to--or answer any questions from--Congress, the press, or the public.

The House may consider granting Hunter immunity now. The Biden Justice Department will never seriously prosecute Hunter anyway. The House should force Hunter to testify.

Knowing whether the President is compromised is much more consequential than a no-jail-time felony conviction for a crackhead with a gun.

If Hunter obstructs or lies, the Trump Justice Department will prosecute him after January 20, 2025.
