This is a very lovely story. Well chosen for the day. As for me, I have a Christmas Eve Service to attend at Bedford Road Baptist Church in Merrimack NH, then I will be roasting a five pound prime rib, which I will have with Asian vegetables mix. I will see the movie Sergeant York. I may watch my video of The Nutcracker with Mikhail Baryshnikov. I may contact a few friends. Otherwise the MaCcallums have a better holiday plan than I do but for them it's well worth it. Happy Christmas.
Hello. Happy to announce that the process for me to correct my military records with the Army Board For Correction of Military Records and upgrade my discharge to Full Honorable so that I can receive all benefits I am allowed is now completed.
The US Military have a saying: "Leave no man behind". "Jack's" gift was "priceless".
After all that the MaCcallums' family has gone through, this one act by him, gave them peace to know that their son, brother, husband and dad, was one hell-uv-a Marine.
I am thankful Jack allowed you to share his story. I pray his story, that you wrote so beautifully, will inspire and encourage US troops wherever they are this year spending Christmas, whether home or abroad. I would love to get this story to POTUS Trump to share with ALL Americans.
