My goodness Emily, your efforts are commendable and his is undoubtedly one of thousands very similar. Not even including the people scattered about the country, amcits and contractors, their families and more variables then I can even think of right now.
It seems in that amount of time some factories or self sustainable jobs would have been built in many provinces. Not important now. God bless you for your efforts.
