The rumor on @jack was that he lived kind of a”hippie” life -like Steve martin in BAby Daddy - and only appeared to repeat platitudes. The real power was Vijay and Yoel, and later Parag - they ran an ad-hoc block and tackle with their friends from the deep state. Very sad and really sad to read that no one seemed to even consider that acting at the direction of the government had serious 1st amendment implications. I do have some respect for Ro Khana, though - he’s the only D that had some sense. No R even tried, but I’msure they thought it was useless.

As to the hearing procedure, you could have true oversight and less sound bite-isms. Would t it be nice to have a hearing where they said “director Wray, how many fbi agents were undercover on J6?” Or “scy mayorkas, how many people are illegally crossing the border in the last month?” And getting an actual answer and not “I don’t have that information here, Senator, but I can assure you that the border is secure”.

Jack said a flat no, but lawyer Vijay said “we don’t shadow ban based on viewpoint”. It’s a lie by omission. Which reminds me. I very much dislike the way Congress holds hearings with the five minute time limit. I’d much prefer if a witness said “I don’t have that information with me” the Congressman could say “can you call somebody? We’ll wait”. Rather than “the gentleman’s time is expired”. Witnesses deliberately leave that info out of their briefs knowing they’ll never have to say.

Jack should be prosecuted for lying under oath to Congress. That is a violation of Federal law.

My permaban will not be struck on Twatter because Twatter has decided not to allow me any further chances to misbehave on the platform despite the fact that under the Americans with Disabilities Act they could make a reasonable accommodation and allow me limited use of Twatter to merely follow the people I prefer and like the tweets I agree with. I do not need to post nor retweet nor do I need direct messages. It's simply a different newsfeed and I have other platforms that do enough to keep me in the loop. Twatter can exclude me all they want... I still can locate and access the information I need. As for the shadow bans on social media and on the search engine utilities, there are always means to overcome. I no longer need to broadcast my extreme contempt of all the swillbitches and my preferences for their ultimate destiny. It should be known by now. As for all these totalitarian controllers of information, let them suffer many undignified and highly painful maneuvers that degrade and decompose them.

Assume @jack will be brought back before Committee to address charges of lying under oath?

Dorsey is no longer at Twit, but it would be good to compare the Timelines and see what he said and when he said it. You betcha Dorsey and others should be Federally investigated if they LIED ! Christine Ford and her lawyer KNOWINGLY lied about SCOTUS nominee at the time, Brett Kavanaugh, LIED about him repeatedly. Should they be FELONY charged for LYING to Congress ? Absolutely !

If democrats are going to arrest Steve Bannon, and others for Contempt of Congress, INVADE Trump's home on orders from Biden, then the same standard should apply to others. I want to know what Pelosi's role was for J6 and see if by being put under oath, if she LIES, and then PROSECUTED !

LIARS will LIE and CONTINUE to LIE.....if they think they can get away with it !

Emily, Do you think Jack Dorsey was being sarcastic in his suggestion to upload all the Twitter files in order to let the public read, unfiltered? Perhaps, information overload so less people pay attention?

Dorsey’s ‘civic integrity’ is pervasive. Most of my friends and family would prefer to quiet disagreement from me rather than talk about what’s going on.
