IMO, the numbers are wrong intentionally. It's psychological: make the un's think there are far more folks who've "given in" than not, to make them think they're in a minority and thus need to get the jab to "belong."

As you correctly point out, it's well established that vaccinated individuals can and do become infected with Covid and can and do transmit the virus. Apparently the vaccines do not even lessen the viral load present in people.

Originally I did not plan to get the vaccine but after about 100 million were vaccinated I changed my mind. However, I have no intention of getting a booster. I'm done.
I'll be working with my doctor (and if not my doctor some willing physician) to get a prescription for ivermectin so I can treat myself if I happen to get sick.

So how is a minority of unvaccinated people infecting so many people that are apparently vaccinated?
It wasn’t until some time later did officials acknowledge that vaccinated people are still able to pass COVID. So, I completely agree that government data isn’t to be taken at face value, nor is government trustworthy.

Unfortunately the actual information on who is vaxxed is camouflaged because technically HIPAA is supposed to protect PHI for individuals. The statistics are simply poppycock. Seems to be this particular dictate has a disparate effect on those with economic challenges. Might I encourage you to consider researching the stats for the City of Boston? Boston Proof of Vax directive is now also in effect
I think it needs to be careful what we were lied about. I think they truly thought it would prevent the virus - but they waived all scientific process before going to emergency use - that was a lie. They lied that they had done their homework and made society worldwide into a petri dish. They lied about what they knew/did not know. They lied about the existence of other things besides the vaccine - this would have saved many, many lives. They lied that they made the media complicit in this. They lied about the test data - and have now hidden it until we are all dead. I really think they did not know much about the vaccine because as the one doctor said - until we start giving it out, how will we know this information. They lied about procedures - no one is given a paper saying this is experimental - many think they are getting the real drug that was approved. This is the same thing the US did for AIDS - we are following the same path - and the results are going to be worse. Why Fauci is still where he is is beyond me. Why anyone listens to him is beyond me. Why Gates is even held up as credible on anything in this is beyond me. They lie about the data collected - it is not right - even a high school science person would do better with teacher supervision - at least when I was growing up. Basic to distinguish between COVID, another disease with COVID, another disease and later getting COVID in data collection at the hospitals. The data is so corrupt at this point it needs to be thrown out and started over with some precision. But even with the corrupt data, that is corrupt towards showing COVID worse than it is, it demonstrates that COVID is nowhere near as bad as it is, and this is all political showcase theater for some greater goal. Also with the Chinese lying right and left - these people in positions of decision making, are idiots - only word I have, sorry - they are making decisions based on a card stack of lies - they are fearful based on a card stack of lies, they are spreading fear based on a house of cards, and they are not realizing what they are doing.

It sounds like they are saying that they have "aggregate" counts of people vaccinated elsewhere, but not traceable to any particular wards, so they include these counts in the overall data, but not in the ward data. That makes sense, however I do not believe it. The people who live in the poorer wards, where reported vaccination rates are lower, will not be massively going outside the District for vaccination elsewhere. There may be enough such people from the wealthier wards, where reported rates are higher, to push them above the reported overall average; but not enough to raise the average of wards to above the reported overall average.
What is needed is an immunity test, where someone who does not have proof of immunization can show that they have COVID antibodies indicating they have either been vaccinated or have recovered from a previous COVID infection (we do not care which), and are therefore qualified by the test to be treated as vaccinated. Those who fail the test should be encouraged, but not required, to get vaccinated.
Also, we should have an intensive effort for outpatient treatment of people with COVID infection or exposed to a COVID infection, whether vaccinated or not, to prevent their disease from getting severe enough to require hospitalization. Vaccine only works for those with a functioning immune system, and many are deficient in vitamin D (especially black people in cold weather receiving little sunshine) and/or zinc. I am "fully vaccinated" and taking Vitamin C and Vitamin D and zinc supplements, and will be very surprised if I get a serious COVID case, but not at all surprised if I get a mild Omicron infection which I will consider to be a valuable booster. Outpatient treatment for those with confirmed active COVID should include these supplements and Ivermectin and possibly other medicines, do NOT just wait until seriously sick!

Two quick thoughts about DC mimicking the USSR’s practice of presenting your papers upon request, what good will that do?
1. There aren’t enough unvaccinated people to spread the virus. The spread is coming vaccinated and unvaccinated alike.
2. Most people (at least that I see) are wearing cloth or paper masks, many of them under their noses!

*The number of DC residents who are “fully vaccinated” is 627,822. That makes it pretty close to 68% “partially or fully vaccinated” as advertised.
*The total number who have had at least one dose is 627,822. That’s how the city gets “partially or fully vaccinated” close to an impressive 89%.
