Just had optometry examination. My glaucoma pressure is 21 and 20 in both eyes. Below 21 is best. Any higher pressure and I will have glaucoma. I already have diabetes mellitus two. A1C last time was 6.5, meaning within control. Macular degenerate is a possibility in the future but for now it's minimal. However diet is now important, but unfortunately I cannot do dark leafy greens because of the high oxylate level which cause kidney stones.
Maybe Alec needs to be on antipsychotics. He's certainly psychotic and delusional.
