I'm waiting for SOMEONE to explain how being vaccinated will end the "pandemic" when vaccinated individuals can become infected and transmit/spread the virus. These vaccine mandates are useless.

These "vaccines" (they are more aptly described as transfections) do not create immunity the way that say a traditional measles vaccines does. They create an antibody response (with likely poor memory) which begins to fade over time (specific to the spike protein of the original strain). I say "necessary" because the primary immune system response to a respiratory infection through the airway mucous membranes (not the blood) is through the innate immune system (macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, tcells, complement system etc.) and NOT through antibodies. Some people never get a case severe enough to warrant an antibody response (especially the young and healthy).
Further more the antibodies created in response to these 'vaccines" are to the spike protein only. A natural infection that creates antibodies makes them to multiple proteins of the virus not just the spike protein. These other proteins in the virus are more functionally constrained and any mutation there would likely be detrimental to the survival of the virus. Now mutations are completely random (occurring in as little as 10 hours) but the strains that have mutations that are advantageous will propagate more successfully. Natural infections of sars cov-2 do not put singular immune pressure on any variant. These spike protein transfections do, which is why delta is the dominant strain - delta's mutations to the spike created less binding by the antibodies created by these 'vaccines' and it could spread more...among the vaccinated.
The point is that by having a vaccine that does not stop the viral spread (it's too late for that now), a highly vaccinated population is driving the virus to do unexpected and potentially unwelcome things. Natural infections do not have that driving selection effect. So while the vulnerable would of course do well to receive a vaccine in this case, those who get the shot who could have gotten the virus naturally without much risk, maybe with some therapeutics for a buffer (the statistics of who is at risk is quite clear) are now causing a whole cascade of unknown viral development.
It's way more complicated than most are willing to admit and the effect of these new 'vaccines' on the virus's course as well as the innate immune systems of those who took them will take time to become clear. I suggest reading up on the immune system and reading about original antigenic sin, the Marek effect, antibody dependent enhancement, immune escape and anything you can find.

Is there any accurate public reporting that shows the vaccination status of the new cases of Covid? It sounds like the vaccinated are the ones who are spreading it from that data on the first four cases in South Africa. When Biden claims it is the unvaccinated who are spreading it, where does he get his data from and if it is not public, why isn't it? This "vaccine" has gone from "get it to prevent spreading it to your grandmother and your life returns to normal with no need to mask" to "you can get covid and transmit covid to your grandmother even if you are vaccinated but get vaccinated to reduce your likelihood of severe illness and death". But for the average person the odds of surviving Covid without severe illness or death is about 99.8% without any vaccine, so how is mass vaccination doing any good at all? When the drug companies themselves say the vaccine is 95% effective when the natural immune system response of a healthy person is 99.8% effective, then one could administer saline solution and have a greater success rate of symptom reduction than the vaccine.
