Baldwin trial next after Hannah Gutierrez-Reed convicted for loading a live round in the gun that the actor pointed at his cinematographer and pulled the trigger
Baldwin's attorney will use Gutierrezz-Reed's conviction to exonerate his client. Even if the judge tells them it has no bearing on the case, it will still be on the Jury's mind. The only hope for a guilty verdict rests on the Jury disliking him because he's an arrogant self obsessed twit. If the real Alec Baldwin shows up in the courtroom, he's toast.
I really don't fault the jury here. I hope the sentence will not be overly harsh. If Alec Baldwin is not found criminally responsible I will be triply enraged. I am already using my neiropsychiatric disabilities to permanently disqualify me from any jury duty courtesy of my physician. If I ever become a criminal defendant I will automatically select a bench trial in lieu of jury trial because I don't trust juries. And the plea will either be not guilty or nolo contendere. I will never plead guilty in any criminal case in my future, if I ever wind up as a criminal defendant and I will never accept any plea bargain. I have my doubts as to the whole jury adjudication process. However I will merely be angry. I have no desire nor wish to harm myself nor anyone else. Except where the defense of justification is legitimate. Oh, and as long as I'm here... I will never ever again agree to view a State of the Union address with any Chief Executive of the United States I despise... I would instead prefer to suffer severe venereal diseases.
I found a video of Baldwin firing [blanks] in the single action revolver. I have no idea what is supposed to be shown here, spraying shots in various random directions! It doesn't look like anything that would be part of a story line. Maybe a pack of wolves???
