Unfortunately the hospital is committing medical malpractice and frankly, manslaughter. The law practitioners will now need to be involved. If the VHA pulled this stunt with myself or my brothers and sisters in arms, there would be very hoarse throats for weeks from all the vocalizations.

There should be enforcement of the Court Order. Perhaps a $100,000 per day fine and imprisonment of Doctor Ford for contempt would do the trick....
