Good morning.

The firearms expert seemingly behaved like Baldwin...but knew the firearms were safe. If I were on the jury, with using this demonstration as evidence, I would think that the armorer...Hannah... should not be found guilty. After all, Hannah was not actually incompetent at the job. Simply still a tenderfoot. She hadn't quite the courage to insist the safety rules be followed.

SAG AFTRA should not have any say in the trial for Baldwin because they choose their membership dues over common sense.

Chaos breeds more chaos, it seems. Amongst all this, did anyone ever prove where the live cartridge came from? If I'm a jurer, I cannot find her guilty if she didn't put the live round in the gun.

I am somewhat sympathetic of Koucky. I once baggage-checked a gun at an airport, and the official asked me to show him that the gun was not loaded, at a desk that was surrounded by people walking about. It was not easy to find a safe direction to point the gun while handling it! But I do think a ceiling is usually just as safe as a floor. Or at a wall, higher than head height if I do not know what is on the other side of the wall. Not at a judge!!! I do not understand removing the cylinder for the check, my gun is not made for cylinder removal as a normal process.

She will bring comic relief, without trying. You are right this trial seem about Baldwin, and she she seemed to have a minor role.

Being he’s a defense witness it’s always possible his actions were a ruse. Just throwing it out there. Not sure if they’re that smart.

I don't know what Jury's decision will be, because I don't know how much Baldwin's comments have tainted the jury pool. Having a reckless witness can act either way.

I, personally, think Baldwin's trial will be the direct inverse of the this one. I expect it to basically be a three ring circus, with Hilliaria being extremely dramatic. They will want distract from the fact that he didn't follow any of the safety measures.

Objection to the difference between reloads and handloads??? It is reasonable that dummy rounds for movie use were loaded in new brass. What's to object?

Defense witness. I would keep an eye on the closing arguments. To see if the attorneys make the case that even the expert can make mistakes.
